Terms of Service
Version 2026-10-10 · applies to everyone using app.visulixx.com.
1 · Who this is between
By using the Visulixx portal you agree to these terms with Visulixx (operated by Suneeth Sarella, Hyderabad, India). If you're using Visulixx for a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind them to these terms.
2 · What Visulixx does
Visulixx converts architectural elevation images into photorealistic renders using AI models run by our infrastructure providers. You upload a source elevation, pick a locked style, and receive a rendered image. Every render's geometry is preserved from the source — that's the geometry-lock promise.
Renders are generated per-request. Visulixx doesn't guarantee any specific artistic outcome, matching to a photograph, suitability for a specific use, or continued availability of the underlying AI models.
3 · Your work & ownership
3.1 · You own your source
The elevation images, SketchUp exports, reference photos, and any material you upload remain your property. You confirm you have the rights to upload each file (you own it or have permission from whoever does).
3.2 · You own your renders
Visulixx grants you full rights to use every render you generate — commercially, in client presentations, on your site, on your Instagram, in print. No attribution required (though a link back is always appreciated).
3.3 · Paid renders stay yours alone
If you're on any paid plan (Starter, Popular, Studio, Yearly, or top-up credits) or an Unlimited account, Visulixx will never use your renders for marketing, gallery display, case studies, or any promotional purpose without your explicit written permission.
3.4 · Free-tier marketing license
This is the trade for free renders.
If you use the free tier — the 3 signup renders, any promo credits, or any credit granted at no cost — you grant Visulixx a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use those renders for:
- public gallery displays on visulixx.com and our marketing pages,
- social media posts, reels, and ad creatives promoting Visulixx,
- case studies, product screenshots, and pitch decks,
- press coverage and portfolio pieces.
We will never include your name, email, project title, client name, location, or any personally-identifying detail alongside a marketing use of a free render — the images stand on their own. If you'd like your render removed from a specific piece of Visulixx marketing, email hello@visulixx.com with the URL and we'll take it down within 7 days.
The moment you upgrade to a paid plan or make any purchase, all future renders are covered by clause 3.3 (yours alone). Renders generated while you were on the free tier remain covered by this clause — this is what funded the free tier for you.
3.5 · Style bibles & model outputs
The locked style descriptions ("V-DAY", "V-DUSK", etc.) and the prompt engineering that drives them are Visulixx's intellectual property. You may not scrape, decompile, or attempt to extract the style bibles from generated images. Custom styles you train ("MY-…") are yours; public community styles you submit are shared with the community per the terms shown at submission time.
4 · Credits, plans, and refunds
Credits are prepaid units used to spend on renders. Paid credit packs and monthly plans have 365-day validity from purchase. Free credits (signup bonus, promo grants) do not expire but may be revoked in case of abuse.
Failed renders (geometry drift, engine error, or an outage that returned a broken image) are automatically refunded. Successful renders that you're simply unhappy with are not refundable, but the built-in Fast iteration flow (re-render / try different style / tweak) gives you 2 free revisions per render (re-render, try a different style, change the atmosphere, or tweak) specifically so you can adjust.

5 · Acceptable use
You will not use Visulixx to generate images that infringe others' copyright or trademarks, to attempt to identify specific real people, to create adult content, to depict violence or hate imagery, or to circumvent our rate limits or credit system. We can suspend accounts we reasonably believe are violating these clauses, without refund.
6 · Data & privacy
Uploaded files and renders are stored privately and shown to you through expiring links; small preview thumbnails use long, unguessable links. Only you, the members of your organisation and — when needed for support or to keep the service running — Visulixx staff can see them. We do not train AI models on your uploads; each render is a per-request pass to our AI infrastructure provider.

7 · Liability
Visulixx is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visulixx's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid Visulixx in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or issues caused by upstream AI model changes we don't control.
8 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the "Version" date at the top will change. Material changes to how your data or renders are used (like clause 3.4) will be surfaced via an in-app banner on your next login. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
